Whitney is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over eight years of experience in applied behavior analysis. She has worked extensively across school, home, and clinic settings, supporting adolescents with disabilities and developing a deep understanding of their diverse needs. Whitney specializes in conducting functional assessments, designing individualized behavior intervention plans, and providing caregiver training to promote consistency and success beyond therapy. Committed to evidence-based practices, she is passionate about fostering supportive, inclusive environments that empower each client to achieve meaningful goals.

No prior experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required, we provide comprehensive training and support every step of the way. Candidates with experience working with individuals with special needs are strongly preferred, but above all we are looking for people who are reliable, flexible, and eager to learn.
