Whitney is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with seven years of experience in applied behavior analysis. She has worked extensively with adolescents with disabilities in both school and home settings, gaining valuable insight into their unique needs. Whitney specializes in functional assessments, personalized behavior intervention plans, and caregiver training. She is dedicated to evidence-based practices and creating supportive, inclusive environments that empower clients to reach their goals.

Beyond is hiring individuals who are already Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or those who are interested in obtaining this credential. No experience with Applied Behavior Analysis is necessary but we prefer candidates who have some experience with individuals with special needs and who are willing to learn. We will provide training and work with candidates to gain the Registered Behavior Technician credential. Free supervision is available for those needing to meet competency requirements for the RBT
